Terms of Service

 1.1   Delivery Time

As items are made to order / require a processing lead time, please note that the products as listed below will be delivered in the stipulated timeframe from the date of payment:

Local Deliveries (Malaysia):

    • Bridesmaids dresses (LUXE CHIFFON) – 3-5 weeks
    • Bridesmaids dresses (SOFT TULLE & SATIN RANGE) - 4-6 weeks
    • Bridesmaids Separates: 
      - Skirts (3-5 weeks)
      - Tops (2-3 weeks)
      Tulle Flower girl dresses - 3-5 weeks
    • Groomsmen vests & pants - 3-4 weeks
    • Bridal robes with embroidery - 1 week

*For international deliveries, kindly add an extra week to the timeframe above.

Product Variations

  • Please note that colour on actual product may differ slightly from the sample colour swatches & reference pics, due to lighting and monitor resolution (actual product may appear darker/lighter). In such cases, the variance will not be considered as a defect. As such, we recommend emailing our Customer Service team beforehand at customercare@parsealed.com for pictures of past dresses we have made in your colour, or to find the closest colour to your colour palette. 
  • As dresses are all handmade to order, kindly note that while we strive to maintain the quality of our dresses to our best ability, workmanship may not be perfect and variations might be expected from dress to dress, ie. thickness and position of pleats, symmetricity of pleats position (may not be 100% symmetrical depending on design), symmetricity of stitches, thickness of straps etc. 
  • For bulk orders of bridesmaid dresses / bridesmaids skirts / groomsmen vests & pants / flower girl dresses:

To avoid inconsistencies in colour, customers are advised to place their orders for each category (for e.g. all bridesmaids dresses, all groomsmen vests) at the same time in one batch. This is because different fabric rolls may have very slight variations in colour, and if orders are split up and placed at different times, dresses might be made from different fabric rolls which might result in them being in slightly different shades. In such cases, this variance will not be considered as a defect.

Also, as products are made by different manufacturers according to their expertise in certain clothing category / fabrics, kindly note that though the same fabric is used for our flower girl dress and our bridesmaids Soft Tulle dresses; even though ordering in the exact same color code, a slight color difference might be present due to different fabric rolls used / different lining fabric roll used.

 Custom Sizing

Custom size dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hip, length). As our dresses are all handmade to order, there might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchability of the material, the way measurements are taken, or how the dress falls on individual bodies. While we will make your order according to the measurements provided, it is only basic custom sizing, and since all body types are different and unique (some ladies might have longer / shorter bodice, or higher / lower bustline which may affect how the dress falls on individual body), you may need additional alterations at your expense once you’ve received the dress for your ideal fit. Please bear in mind that PARSEALED will not be able to guarantee a 100% fit even for custom size dresses. 

However, in the event the dresses are not made to the measurements provided (apart from the 1-2cm difference), kindly email a pic of the dress laid flat, stretched, with a measuring tape across the bust and waist to customercare@parsealed.com, and we will issue a limited alterations reimbursement of MYR50/dress or receipt value (whichever lower), as soon as we receive a picture of your alterations receipt.

1.4 Return and Refund Policy

All made-to-order items, including Dresses, Groomsmen vest/pants and Embroidered robes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Variations in product colours and pleats position as mentioned above in Section 1.2 will not be considered as defects, and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable as well.

 

1.5 Shipping 

  • Free Shipping for orders over MYR150.00 only within Malaysia.
  • International shipping rates apply.
  • All shipping will be handled by a third-party courier service. Because of this, once the parcel leaves our warehouse, we will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or unclaimed parcels. Any additional costs for redelivery and reorder will be borne by the customer.
  • A tracking number will be sent to customers once their order has been despatched, after which they will be responsible for tracking their own parcels.
