As some items on the website are made to order / require a processing lead time, please note that the products as listed below will be delivered in the stipulated timeframe from the date of payment:

Local Deliveries (Malaysia):

  • Bridesmaids dresses (LUXE CHIFFON & SEQUIN RANGE) – 3-5 weeks
  • Bridesmaids dresses (SOFT TULLE RANGE) - 3-5 weeks
  • Bridesmaids dresses (SATIN RANGE) - 4-6 weeks
  • Bridesmaids Separates:
    - Skirts (3-5 weeks)
    - Tops (2-3 weeks)
  • Groomsmen vests & pants - 3-4 weeks
  • Bridal robes with embroidery - 1 week
 

For international deliveries, kindly add an extra week to the timeframe above.

 

All Bridal Robes (without embroidery), Cheongsams, & Groomsmen Suspenders are ready stock pieces and can be delivered to you in 1-2 working days.

 

Parcels are shipped using various couriers (Pgeon Delivery, Poslaju, Aramex, TNT & FedEx) with a notification of tracking number sent to your email. You may track and trace your parcel here

Kindly be informed for international deliveries, delivery charges does not include any applicable import charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country the order is to be delivered - such taxes and duties are borne by the buyer.

Return Policy

Made to Order items

As PARSEALED items are mostly made to order to help reduce waste and keep prices low for our customers (hence are made only to your sizes and color as required), please bear in mind that returns / exchanges are not possible for the below items:

- All Bridesmaids dresses 

- All Groomsmen Vests & Pants

- All Bridal Robes with embroidery

- All Bridesmaids Separates (bottoms)

- Flowergirl Dresses

 

We understand that colors on your computer screen may differ to how they appear in person. Because of this, we advise emailing our Customer Service team at customercare@parsealed.com before placing your order, so you can view pictures of dresses we have made in that color, as well as to find the closest shades to your color palette.

 

CUSTOM SIZE DRESSES

Custom size dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hip, length). As our dresses are all handmade to order, there might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchability of the material, the way measurements are taken, or how the dress falls on individual bodies. While we will make your order according to the measurements provided, it is only basic custom sizing, and since all body types are different and unique, you may need additional alterations at your expense once you’ve received the dress for your ideal fit. Please bear in mind that PARSEALED will not be able to guarantee a 100% fit even for custom size dresses. 

However, in the event the dresses are not made to the measurements provided (apart from the 1-2cm difference), kindly email a pic of the dress laid flat, stretched with a measuring tape across the bust and waist to customercare@parsealed.com, and we will issue a limited alterations reimbursement of MYR50/dress as soon as we receive a picture of your alterations receipt.

Ready Stock Items

All Bridal Robes (without embroidery), Cheongsams, & Groomsmen Suspenders can be returned for a store credit / exchanged for another piece or size. Kindly note all shipping charges for returns will be borne by the customer.

For items eligible for returns, kindly file an RMA request as below:

1. Access the "Orders History" section of your account.
2. Select the order from which you want to return an item.
3. Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to the product name(s).
4. (optional) Add an explanation, in order for us to better understand and improve upon the reasons for your returning of this product.
5. Once the form is complete, click on "Make an RMA slip". You can keep track of your return request on "Return Merchandise Authorization" page, accessible from your account page. 
6. Once your returns are processed, you will get a notification email to ship your items back to Parsealed within a stipulated timeframe. 

*Kindly note that all returns will be charged a 5% restocking fee.
For example, if you returned an item of robe purchased for RM100, you will be refunded a store credit of RM95.

 

Important:

Returns will only be accepted after the RMA request has been processed and approved; item is returned with its original packaging; the item tag is still attached; item is in an unworn, unwashed, unmarked and unaltered condition; and returns are received within:

a) 5 days from approval of RMA request for local customers
b) 14 days from approval of RMA request for international customers

Failure to meet all the above requirements will result in unsuccessful returns. 
Kindly note that RMA requests will need to be made within 3 days of receiving the parcel, failing in which returns will be rejected. 

All returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, and is valid only for a period of 1 year from the date of issue. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated. For purchases made with discount coupons, refunded credit will be based on item price after discount only.
