Shipping Information

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and will typically take 1 working day where your items will be processed and dispatched by our team. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 3 working days for shipments to be dispatched.

Parcels are shipped using PosLaju with a notification of tracking number sent to your email. You may track and trace your parcel here.

Parsealed International Shipping Rates

Kindly be informed for international deliveries, delivery charges does not include any applicable import charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country the order is to be delivered - such taxes and duties are borne by the buyer.

Making A Return 

Parsealed provides returns for all items with the exception of Sale/Clearance items, Preorder items (this includes all Made-to-order bridesmaids range) and Accessories (which includes jewellery, bags, and hair accessories). All you have to do is:


1. Access the "Orders History" section of your account.
2. Select the order from which you want to return an item.
3. Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to the product name(s).
4. (optional) Add an explanation, in order for us to better understand and improve upon the reasons for your returning of this product.
5. Once the form is complete, click on "Make an RMA slip". You can keep track of your return request on "Return Merchandise Authorization" page, accessible from your account page. 
6. Once your returns are processed, you will get a notification email to ship your items back to Parsealed within a stipulated timeframe. 

*Kindly note that all returns will be charged a 5% restocking fee.
For example, if you returned an item of clothing purchased for RM100, you will be refunded a store credit of RM95.



Returns will only be accepted after the RMA request has been processed and approved; item is returned with its original packaging; the item tag is still attached; item is in an unworn, unwashed, unmarked and unaltered condition; and returns are received within:

a) 5 days from approval of RMA request for local customers
b) 14 days from approval of RMA request for international customers

Failure to meet all the above requirements will result in unsuccessful returns. 
Kindly note that RMA requests will need to be made within 3 days of receiving the parcel, failing in which returns will be rejected. Kindly also note that all shipping charges for returns shall be borne by the customer. 

All returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, and is valid only for a period of 3 months from the date of issue. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated. For purchases made with discount coupons, refunded credit will be based on item price after discount only.
